Job summary

Coforge is seeking a senior AI leader to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. You will guide technical execution, mentor engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready deployments across complex business contexts.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, drive RAG, AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM-based applications. Strong focus on prompt engineering, observability, and governance will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in GenAI and AI agent orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI tooling and platforms.
• Experience designing scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement RAG, AI Agents, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Guide teams in prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and performance optimization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Establish coding standards, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor GenAI engineers and conduct technical reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Drive production readiness, monitoring, security, and Responsible AI compliance.
