Job summary

Agile Ventures in Bangalore is seeking Senior/Lead AI Engineers with hands‑on GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI expertise to design, deploy and scale production AI solutions. You will work across AI, cloud, backend and deployment environments to deliver enterprise AI capabilities.

The role requires strong Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and experience with enterprise AI platforms; leadership for multi‑agent systems and governance is essential. Hybrid work mode with virtual interviews.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience designing, deploying production‑grade GenAI solutions across AI/cloud/backend environments.
• Ability to lead multi‑agent systems for lead‑level roles.
• Familiarity with governance, AgentOps and responsible AI practices.

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior/Lead AI Engineers with strong hands‑on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, RAG and enterprise AI platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing and deploying production‑grade AI/GenAI solutions and should be comfortable working across AI, cloud, backend and deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy LLM, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and architect scalable RAG solutions.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of AI application architecture and deployment.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/GenAI.
• Overall experience of 6–12 years preferred.
• Candidates with a background in Data Engineering, Data Science or Data‑related projects are preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying LLM/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.

Lead‑Level Requirement

For Lead positions, candidates should have experience in:

• Multi‑agent system architecture.
• Leading AI engineering teams/projects.
• Designing scalable enterprise AI solutions.
• Driving technical decisions and delivery.
