Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a Gen AI - Senior Engineer/Lead to design and deliver enterprise Generative AI solutions from Noida, Pune, to Gurugram. The role emphasizes building agentic AI systems, tool calling, and scalable AI architectures within cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of GenAI experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on work with Azure OpenAI Service and LangChain/LangGraph. Prior experience in multi-agent orchestration is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of GenAI/AI engineering experience.
• Experience designing enterprise GenAI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI agent architectures and tool-calling.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud deployment.
• Experience with LangChain or equivalent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and related platforms.
• Define AI solution architectures aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI architectures.
• Lead development of intelligent AI agents and tool-calling workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph; evaluate new frameworks.
• Create scalable prompt engineering pipelines and vector/semantic search integrations.
• Build workflows using LangChain/LangGraph for scalable AI apps.
• Ensure authentication, authorization, asynchronous processing, and API governance in AI deployments.
