Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced AI/ML consultant in Bengaluru to lead engagement efforts, design and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions, and guide teams through digital transformations. The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, RPA, and change management, with strong communication skills to engage stakeholders.

The position focuses on building scalable AI/ML solutions, guiding proposal reviews, and driving value across client engagements in a Global Delivery service line.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, RPA consulting, designing AI/ML solutions, deploying models on Cloud or On-Premise.
• 5+ years of experience building solutions using Python, NLP, Chatbots, RPA.
• 6+ years of experience in project and stakeholder management.
• 1+ years of experience in Generative AI, GPT, LLMs and Gen AI models.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement to provide consulting solutions from problem definition to deployment.
• Review proposals, provide guidance, analyze solutions to identify risks and issues.
• Identify change management requirements and propose structured client approach.
• Coach and create a vision for the team with training and performance feedback.
• Contribute to unit and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages, from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• Review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• Identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• Coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• Be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Additional Responsibilities

• Bachelor's or Master's (B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BE/ ME) degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, RPA Consulting, designing AI/ML solutions, building and deploying models on Cloud (such as Azure, GCP, AWS) and/or On-Premise.
• 5+ years of experience in building solutions using Python, NLP, Chatbots, RPA etc.
• 6+ years of experience on project and stakeholder management.
• 1+ years of experience on Generative AI, GPT, LLMs and Gen AI models.
• Very good communication skills.
