Job summary

Kaizen Sra Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking an AI Developer with 6-12 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML to design and build GenAI applications. You will work with Python and modern AI frameworks to implement AI agents, memory, planning, and tool calling within scalable systems.

You will collaborate across product and engineering teams to deploy secure, production-ready models, optimize prompts, and evaluate model performance.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of hands-on AI/ML experience or related software development.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Transformer architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs like GPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar models.
• Experience building GenAI apps using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts: agents, tool calling, planning, memory, multi-agent workflows.
• Experience integrating external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases, etc.
• Prompt engineering, prompts optimization, structured outputs, function/tool calling.
• REST API development with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with ML libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Understanding ML concepts and model evaluation/optimization.
• Familiarity with AI tool-assisted coding and coding assistants.

AI Developer Required Skills

• 6-12 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or related software development.
• Strong programming experience in Python and familiarity with AI/ML development frameworks and libraries.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Transformer-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Azure Open AI or similar open source/commercial models.
