Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking a Gen AI Lead to architect and guide a scalable GenAI platform, focusing on secure LLM access, data governance, and reusable components. You will mentor platform engineers and drive governance and cost-controlled AI initiatives.

The candidate should have strong Python, RestAPI, and RDBMS expertise, with experience in building enterprise-grade AI platforms and familiarity with Angular/React for UX alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the GenAI platform reference architecture.
• Build reusable platform components enabling teams to access LLMs securely.
• Establish and enforce standards, guardrails and governance for GenAI adoption.
• Lead platform engineers delivering LLM-powered services at scale.
• Perform impact analysis including compute cost and token usage.
• Drive code quality via reviews, design reviews and testing discipline.
• Lead large-scale refactoring and modernization efforts.
• Proactively manage security vulnerabilities, AI risks, and platform SLAs.

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI Lead with strong expertise in Python, RestAPI, RDBMS, AI. The ideal candidate can able to Understand business problems and contribute to the development of impactful, data-driven and AI-driven solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the GenAI platform reference architecture.
• Build reusable platform components enabling teams to:
  • Access LLMs securely
  • Use enterprise data safely
  • Implement guardrails and evaluations consistently
• Establish and enforce standards, best practices, and guardrails for GenAI adoption.

Engineering & Delivery Leadership

• Lead and mentor platform engineers delivering LLM-powered services at scale.
• Perform technical impact analysis considering:
  • Compute cost
  • Token usage
  • Token usage
  • Scalability
  • Governance requirements
• Drive high code quality via:
  • Code reviews
  • Design reviews
  • Testing discipline
• Lead large-scale refactoring and modernization efforts.

Governance, Reliability & Operations

• Proactively manage:
  • Security vulnerabilities
  • AI risks (hallucinations, leakage, bias)
  • Platform SLAs and cost controls
• Lead root cause analysis for platform or AI-related incidents.
• Ensure continuous alignment with evolving GenAI and cloud best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience building internal developer platforms or AI platforms.
• Exposure to RBAC, multi-tenancy, and enterprise authorization patterns.
• Familiarity with Angular/React to align AI platform capabilities with UX.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks (offline/online evals, golden datasets).
• Exposure to enterprise compliance and audit requirements for AI systems.
