Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking a Gen AI Application Developer (Gen AI + Python) at Senior Engineer level to design and build AI-powered applications. The role requires strong Python, experience with GenAI frameworks, LLMs, RAG patterns, vector DBs, and cloud familiarity. Hybrid work across Chennai, Kochi, or Bangalore with cross-functional collaboration.

You will contribute to API development, tooling, and best practices, shaping scalable AI solutions for diverse clients and domains.

Gen AI Application Developer (Gen AI + Python) - Senior Engineer

Experience - 3-5 Yrs

Location Chennai/Kochi/Bangalore (Hybrid)

• Programming: Strong Python programming skills; experience with TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus.
• GenAI Frameworks & Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar agentic AI libraries.Knowledge of MCP, A2A protocols, output evaluation libraries are good to have.
• LLMs & Prompt Engineering: Solid understanding of large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.), prompt engineering, tool invocation, and context management.
• RAG & Vector DBs: Proficiency with different patterns of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.), embeddings, and chunking strategies.
• API Development: Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating AI services.
• Cloud Platforms: Exposure to atleast 1 cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Best Practices: Knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and code optimization.
