b>Role Description

The Gen AI Artist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Gen AI Artist will create visual and multimedia content using generative AI tools, translating creative briefs into high-quality digital assets for campaigns across social media, print, and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to conceptualize ideas, iterating on AI-generated outputs, and refining designs to meet brand guidelines and client expectations. The role involves experimenting with new AI models, maintaining an organized asset library, and ensuring timely delivery of creative materials aligned with project timelines. The Gen AI Artist will also support the team with rapid prototyping of concepts and contribute to continuous improvement of creative workflows.

b>Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in generative AI tools for image and video creation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or similar).
• Solid foundation in digital design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt visual styles to different brands and campaigns.
• Comfort with experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative feedback to refine AI-generated content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
