Coforge in Greater Noida is seeking a Gen AI Python Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead enterprise AI initiatives and shape the architecture of cutting-edge AI solutions.

The role covers design of LLM-based and agentic AI platforms across Azure, AWS, and Vertex, governance and security, MLOps, and collaboration with business teams.

Strong Python, ML/NLP, and cloud proficiency are essential to deliver scalable, secure GenAI systems that drive business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Gen AI and architecture roles.
• Leadership in designing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompting, and CoT implementations.
• Experience across cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and define enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI architectures aligned with business goals.
• Lead architecture for LLM-based, Agentic AI, and cloud-native AI solutions across major clouds.
• Create scalable, secure AI architectures covering data, models, and deployment strategies.
• Define AI governance, security, compliance, observability, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Architect RAG solutions, vector databases, knowledge systems, and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Drive technology selection, architecture standards, and best practices for GenAI.
• Mentor teams and provide guidance throughout the AI solution lifecycle.

• Experience in prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, model evaluation, reasoning methodologies, and Chain of Thought (CoT) implementations.
• Strong experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, content generation, and conversational AI systems.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI and multi‑agent frameworks for complex enterprise use cases.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, and related GenAI services.

Machine Learning & Data Science

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Predictive Analytics.
• Experience applying machine learning algorithms on large-scale datasets.
• Strong understanding of text and content representation techniques such as n-grams, bag of words, sentiment analysis, document embeddings, and topic modeling.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.

Cloud & AI Platforms

• Strong experience with Azure Cognitive Services including Vision, Speech, Language, Search, and Decision Services.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Machine Learning and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Experience with AWS and GCP AI/ML services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, security, and deployment best practices for AI solutions.

Programming & Data Engineering

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with SQL and database technologies.
• Knowledge of R, Scala, Java, or C++ is an added advantage.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and working with large-scale data processing frameworks.
