Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services in India seeks a GCP Generative AI & Dialogflow CX Engineer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using GCP services such as Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AI.

You will build REST APIs and microservices, implement secure access with IAM and Secret Manager, and drive the migration of Dialogflow CX agents to Generative AI agents while following AI governance and cloud best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on GCP.
• Experience with Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX.
• Experience migrating Dialogflow CX agents to Generative AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of IAM and security best practices.
• Ability to build REST APIs and microservices across cloud environments.

Job Description – GCP Generative AI & Dialogflow CX Engineer (10 Key Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AI.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Implement secure access to GCP services using IAM, Service Accounts, Secret Manager, and least-privilege security principles.
• Develop and optimize BigQuery-based analytics and reporting solutions for large-scale enterprise data processing.
• Design, configure, and support Dialogflow CX agents including flows, pages, intents, entities, fulfillment, and webhook integrations.
• Create and manage Generative AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini models, prompt engineering, and playbook-based conversational experiences.
• Lead the migration of traditional Dialogflow CX agents to Generative AI agents, preserving business logic, integrations, and customer journeys.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to Cloud Run deployments, CORS, networking, authentication, and API integrations.
• Integrate conversational AI platforms with enterprise systems, databases, knowledge bases, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent customer engagement solutions while following AI governance and cloud best practices.
