Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a GCP Data Engineer in Hyderabad with 6+ years of experience. The role requires expert Python/Java programming and strong hands‑on with BigQuery, Airflow, Dataflow, Pub/Sub and Google Cloud SDK.

You will drive data integration across cloud and on‑prem environments and contribute to data modelling and lineage initiatives. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE) is expected, along with a solid understanding of DWH concepts and ETL design.

Job description

We are looking for GCP Data Engineer with 6+yrs experience for Hyderabad and Pune.

• Expert in python/Java programming
• Must have good working experience on GCP components like Big Query, Airflow, ComposermCloud SQL, Pub Sub/Kafka, Dataflow and Google Cloud SDK
• Must have good experience in integrating various data platforms in cloud and non-cloud environment
• Must have good experience on working in data analysis, data lineage, data modelling tools like Prophecy, Collibra etc.
• Good understanding on DWH/Data ingestion/Data Engineering concepts
• Working experience with Co-Pilot and any other AI tools
• Knowledge in Data Warehouse / ETL and Bigdata Technologies like Spark, Nifi
• Experience with Docker, GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) or any relevant container platform for container orchestration.
