Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a GCP Data Engineer to design and manage data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform across Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. The role requires hands-on GCP services experience, IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and CI/CD proficiency using Jenkins. Kubernetes expertise is preferred for container orchestration.

The position is permanent and on-site (WFO). The ideal candidate will optimize data workflows, implement scalable solutions, and collaborate across teams to ensure robust data

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub and GKE.
• Experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager and Ansible.
• Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and Jenkins.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration (GKE).
• Strong scripting skills in Python for automation.
• Monitoring and logging using Google Cloud Operations Suite, Prometheus, or Grafana.

Job Description

• 1. Handson experience with Google Cloud Platform GCP services including Compute Engine Cloud Storage Cloud Functions Big Query Pub Sub and GKE
• 2.Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code IaC tools like Terraform Cloud Deployment Manager and Ansible
• 3.Proficiency in building and managing CICD pipelines using Ansible Jenkins
• 4.Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration preferably Google Kubernetes Engine GKE
• 5.Strong scripting skills in Python for automation
• 6.Monitoring and logging tools like Google Cloud Operations Suite Prometheus or Grafana Cloud Monitoring
• 7.Looker Tableau Any certification on architecture or programming will be a plus.
