About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven GCC Operations Leader to lead the strategy, design, and 24/7 delivery of our enterprise technology systems. In this executive-level role, you will be accountable for the stability, security, and scalability of our hybrid-cloud infrastructure, data networks, and data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define long-term infrastructure roadmaps and lead global multi-tier operations teams.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Oversee multi-cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and legacy on-premises systems, including virtualization and network design.
• Operations & Support: Maintain ultimate accountability for 24/7 uptime, SLA management, and incident response.
• Service Delivery: Enforce stringent KPIs and drive proactive monitoring to mitigate system bottlenecks.
• People Enablement: Mentor and upskill cross-functional CloudOps and DevOps engineering teams.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
