Job summary

Siemens Energy India Limited in Gurgaon seeks a Gas Turbines Service Fleet Technical Support Engineer to join our service engineering team. You will monitor gas turbine components, run risk checks, and maintain outage checklists to keep the fleet running.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical, materials or aerospace engineering, 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with NX, SAP, Teamcenter, and PCM documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, materials or aerospace engineering
• 5 years of experience in gas turbine, aerospace or equivalent field
• Tools and Software: NX, MS-Office, SAP, Teamcenter and PCM documentation
• Excellent working knowledge of Gas Turbine design, operation and Maintenance concepts including thermodynamic understanding.
• Teamwork - Be comfortable working with colleagues in multiple time zones in a team
• Networking skills - Ability to establish relationships and build networks in a global team setup
• Communication: Very good verbal, written and virtual communication skills.

• Monitor gas turbine components (Rotor/Compressor/Bearing/C casing) and create fall out rates & risk probability.
• Coordinate R&D topics and improve checklists for outage activities to support fleet reliability.

How You'll Make an Impact (Gas Turbine, R& D, India)

• As a member of our service engineering team, you will join a global network of expert service engineers dedicated to providing high-quality support for cold gas turbine components such as the Rotor, Compressor, and Casings for our service fleet. Your responsibilities will include monitoring our fleet experience, conducting risk checks, and maintaining outage checklists for gas turbine maintenance activities. Every day, you will contribute to supporting our customers by keeping the fleet running.
• You monitor the operation of our Gas Turbines Cold Components (Rotor/Compressor/Bearing/Casing) and create fall out rates & component risk probability, checklist improvement, coordination of R&D topic.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, Materials or Aerospace Engineering
• 5 years of experience in gas turbine, aerospace or equivalent field
