Role Overview

As a Future Talent - CSO Trainee at Tetra Pak in Pune, India, you will be part of a team committed to making food safe and available everywhere, protecting food, people, and the planet. Your role will involve developing competencies to become a Maintenance Engineer by conducting basic maintenance activities to ensure the smooth running of customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities, including on-the-job training when required.
• Request spare parts and place orders in accordance with maintenance processes and technical recommendations.
• Develop skills to monitor equipment condition, identify issues, and restore basic operational functionality.
• Support production operators during operations to ensure the production line runs efficiently and without disruption.
• Participate in equipment installation activities, including on-the-job training when required.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy working environment around machines and production areas.
• Execute all tasks in full compliance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations, actively promoting a strong safety culture within the team.
• Limited or no experience in hands‑on technical work; willingness to develop skills and perform maintenance and/or repair work and installation tasks.
