Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies by building strong relationships with corporate partners, CSR foundations, institutional donors, and grant-making organizations. The role focuses on securing funding, managing donor relationships, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring successful implementation of funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve organizational funding goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Business Administration (MBA), Development Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related discipline
• Certification in Fundraising or CSR Management an added advantage
• 5-8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, institutional fundraising, grant management, or business development in the NGO/social impact sector
• Proven experience securing CSR partnerships and grants, with a strong network within India's CSR, ESG, and philanthropic ecosystem
• Excellent proposal writing and grant documentation skills
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Knowledge of CSR regulations, Schedule VII, and impact reporting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel for donor meetings and stakeholder engagement
