Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned fund manager to lead investment strategy for SMEs and listed/unlisted companies. The role requires deep fundamental research, financial modelling, and developing strong long-term investment theses.

You will build and monitor high-performing portfolios, manage risk, and collaborate with stakeholders while guiding a team of analysts and associates. This is a senior, on-site Mumbai opportunity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of fund management experience, preferably in AIFs, Mutual Funds, or PMS.
• Strong track record of managing large funds (500 Cr+).
• Understanding of business cycles, value investing and fundamentals.
• Experience investing in non-startup segments with stable growth.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in fund management, preferably in AIFs, Mutual Funds, or PMS.


• Strong track record of managing funds of 500 Cr+, preferably in micro to mid-cap space.


• Demonstrated understanding of business cycles, value investing, and fundamentals.


• Experience in investing in non-startup segments i.e., stable growth SMEs, and scalable listed/unlisted entities.
