The VP Investments is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading the end-to-end investment process for SME opportunities. This includes sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, building robust financial models, conducting commercial and financial due diligence, and developing investment theses aligned with the fund’s strategy. The role involves structuring and negotiating transactions, preparing investment committee memos, and coordinating with legal, tax, and other advisors to close deals. On an ongoing basis, the VP Investments will monitor portfolio performance, support value creation initiatives, and contribute to exit planning and execution. The position also requires maintaining strong relationships with promoters, intermediaries, and ecosystem partners, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal best practices.
