Clarity Consulting is seeking a candidate with a strong background in private equity fund accounting, NAV oversight and financial reporting. Knowledge of regulations across major jurisdictions, especially the US, is important.

A solid grasp of private markets structures (LP/GP, ICAV, private debt) and related valuation methods is expected. The role requires independent operation within an outsourced operating model, sound judgment and governance-driven accountability, with strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• CPA, CA, or MBA (Finance) is an advantage.
• Investment management qualifications (e.g., CISI, FINRA) desirable.

• Strong technical expertise in private equity fund accounting, NAV oversight, and financial reporting, with

knowledge of regulations across key jurisdictions, particularly the US.

• Solid understanding of private markets structures and asset classes (e.g., LP/GP, ICAV, private debt, real

estate, and alternative credit) and associated valuation methodologies.

• Experience working within an outsourced operating model, with a proven ability to operate independently,

exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability in a governance-driven environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess NAV errors, identify control issues,

and drive timely resolution.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence client

stakeholders, auditors, and internal teams.
