Job summary

ValGenesis, Inc. is seeking a seasoned software product engineering quality leader to transform QA processes and align with Lean/DevTestSecOps, shifting quality activities into design and development with automation and data-driven metrics.

You will own the QA strategy, tooling, and automation for platform/integration testing, driving continuous improvement across products and building high-performance teams. Experience with AI-powered test automation and security/ performance tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading multi-discipline QA activities (manual, automation, performance, security).

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned software product engineering quality leader to transform and align the quality engineering processes, resources, activities with the Lean/DevTestSecOpsmethodologies. This role will strategize and enable the shifting of Quality, Security and Performance activities to the design/development phase, with great emphasis on automation, agile principles and data driven metrics.We are eager to discuss withyouthe potential role, if you are a quality/automation engineering leader, with experience in reducing cycle times and improving product quality by using lean tools/processes/people

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall strategy, execution, reporting ofValGenesis’splatform/integration testing activities
• Own the strategic vision and establish the Software QA processes, tools, frameworks. Ensure, Monitor and Measure of the same in terms of rollout, adoption, results.
• Change advocate of lean and efficient working – Processes, Tools, Resources.
• Work with the engineering and cross-functional leaders along with thedevelopers/testersto achieve continuous and incremental quality improvement across all products.
• Own and deliver automation, security, performance testing frameworks/tools/strategies.
• Enable the adoption of such tools/frameworks during development phase.
• Build tools to monitor and generate metrics of all QA activities-test definition, execution, results, production incidents etc.
• Build a strategy and deliver capabilities to fully automate computer software validation for all product releases.
• Build and sustain high performance teams – Hiring, Performance and Talent Management

Requirements:

• 2 - 16years of experience in Enterprise Software Product Engineering (Development/Quality)
• Working experience with Enterprise SaaS product companies
• 6+ years ofexperience in leading/managing multi-discipline activities - manual, automation, performance and security testing.
• Experience with AI poweredtestautomation frameworks like Playwright,TestRigoretcis preferable.
• Experience withsecurity and performance testingtools likeBurpSuite,Locust, K6etc
• Strong experience in generating and presenting data/metric driven reports to exec/C-level stakeholders.
• Self driveto achieve team and organizationgoals with high ROI
• Result oriented collaborator andenabler of success.

• Preferred:

o Enterprise software experience withing the Life Sciences industry and good understanding ofGxPrequirements
