Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Functional Business Analyst / SME with 10+ years of Core Banking (FLEXCUBE) experience to lead functional delivery and transformation projects. You will guide teams across onsite, offshore and vendor ecosystems, define implementation strategies, manage BRDs and test plans, and ensure successful production cutovers while maintaining SLA and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Core Banking (FLEXCUBE) functional implementation.
• Strong expertise in core banking processes, parameterization and gap analysis.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale banking transformation projects.
• Advanced knowledge of functional/technical architecture of core banking systems.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver functional aspects of Core Banking (FLEXCUBE) implementation programs.
• Define and execute the implementation strategy, ensuring objectives are achieved within SLA, budget, and scope.
• Manage business functional deliverables across phases: product walk-through, scope study, parameterization, testing, UAT triage, simulation, and rollout.
• Identify gaps, prepare/review BRDs, functional specs, test plans, and documentation.
• Manage and mentor business analysts and implementation teams across onsite, offshore, and vendor environments.
• Analyze functional requirement changes and assess impacts on existing systems.
• Ensure smooth production cut-over, review documentation, and oversee compliance controls.
• Participate in training, product walkthroughs, and stakeholder sessions.
• Provide functional guidance to development teams and validate issue resolutions.
• Manage multi-site implementation of FLEXCUBE, ensuring successful transformation and system upgrades.
