Accountabilities
  • Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
  • Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
  • Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
  • Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.

  • OR for an individual contributor, they will lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured assignments, identify the need for the inclusion of other areas of specialisation to complete assignments.   • Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.

  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.

  • Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc).to solve problems creatively and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering across complex enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Document user journeys, process flows, business rules, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate complex business needs into well-defined product backlog items and user stories.
  • Ensure solutions align with strategic business outcomes and colleague experience objectives.
  • Business Engagement with senior business, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Owners, HR, Compliance, Communications, Technology, Architect and Operations teams.
  • Facilitate decision-making and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Manage requirement clarifications, scope discussions, and priority trade-offs.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions effectively.
  • Jira, Confluence & Backlog Management for requirements traceability and delivery planning . Working knowledge including Microsoft 365, Viva Connections, SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities.
  • Coordinate UAT planning, defect triage, and business sign-off processes.
  • Ensure governance, documentation, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Assist with change management, adoption planning, and colleague communications.
Some Highly Valued Skills Include
  • API, Integration & Data Flow Analysis across Microsoft 365 Platform & Integration Knowledge with Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Graph. Teams integrations, notifications, and embedded experiences. Identity and access concepts (Azure AD/Entra ID).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting using Power BI, Excel, and analytics platforms to drive business insights.
  • AI, Copilot & Automation Technologies with an understanding of how emerging technologies can improve colleague experiences and business processes.
