Job summary

Actualize is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst / Solution Designer to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in Bengaluru. You will translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria, and guide Azure-based and Node.js implementations.

You will review APIs, integrations, and data flows, coordinate SIT/UAT, release planning, and production rollout, and ensure compliance with SDLC and Agile practices while supporting

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / Solution Designer.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern backend technologies such as Node.js.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and enterprise integrations.
• Hands‑on understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration requirements.
• Experience with SAP C4C, SAP CPQ, and CRM/Sales processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Provide functional guidance for Azure-based and Node.js applications.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Review APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise application dependencies.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, production validation, defect triage, and issue resolution.
• Plan and manage application onboarding, rollout, release, deployment, and Go-Live activities.
• Prepare release schedules, deployment plans, rollout communications, release notes, and functional documentation.
• Manage rollout risks, dependencies, change requests, and rollback plans.
• Coordinate production deployment, smoke testing, business sign-off, and hypercare/post-production support.
• Support change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of new functionality.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, governance, and organizational processes.

• Strong experience in UAT, SIT, defect management, release management, and production validation.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end application rollouts and Go‑Live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, ECE, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent is an advantage.
