Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Order to Cash (OTC) Sales Practitioner to join our finance and transformation team. You will lead end-to-end OTC solutions for large deals, partnering with sales to articulate value propositions and drive transformation roadmaps.

The role requires strong OTC domain expertise, a postgraduate finance degree (CA/CFA/MBA Fin), and experience delivering large-scale F&A transformations across industries such as CPG, Retail, and Financial Services.

Qualifications

• Extensive OTC domain expertise in finance and accounting.
• Experience delivering large-scale F&A deals or transformation.
• Hands-on operations or transformation experience in OTC across industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of end-to-end OTC solutions for large, complex deals including transformation.
• Partner with sales teams to provide deep OTC domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle.
• Develop client-specific value propositions, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps.
• Participate in client presentations, orals, and workshops to articulate OTC capabilities.
• Lead Sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industries.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in OTC.
• Contribute to thought leadership.

• Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A deals or Tech. led OTC Transformation for large global Clients
• Well versed with Industry technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics +
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
• The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
• Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
• Some latitude in decision-making in involved.
• you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
