Job summary

Digirestro in Pune, India seeks a skilled Full Stack Product Engineer to build scalable software products and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and solve complex challenges.

You will design and implement web and mobile apps, develop robust backend services, and own features from requirements to production support. Collaboration with product, UI/UX, QA, and other developers is essential.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Product Engineer who is passionate about building scalable software products and leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate product development, improve code quality, and solve complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Build responsive web interfaces using Angular and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Develop robust back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Leverage AI models and AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and code optimization.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases, including schema design and query performance tuning.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product features, from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve production issues, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, secure, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and data integrity.

Required Technical Skills

1. AI-Assisted Development

• Hands-on experience using AI models and AI-powered development tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test case creation, and technical documentation.
• Ability to validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

2. Backend Development

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot or equivalent back-end technologies.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

3. Frontend Development

• Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Ability to build responsive, user-friendly, and maintainable web applications.

4. Mobile Application Development

• Experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform Android and iOS application development.

5. Database and Tools

• Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git, version control, debugging, and code reviews.
• Experience with application deployment, server configuration, and production troubleshooting.

Good to Have

• Experience developing SaaS products or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of Android/iOS integrations and mobile application deployment.
• Experience with POS systems, payment gateways, online ordering, or third-party API integrations.
• Understanding of offline-first applications, data synchronization, application monitoring, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 36 years of relevant software development experience.
• Practical experience in full-stack development, with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Flutter.
• Experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools into everyday engineering workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
