Job summary

Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs in Delhi is seeking a motivated Full Stack AI Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to build scalable AI-powered web applications.

You will design, develop, and deploy AI agents, RAG pipelines, and modern frontends using Python, React.js, and relevant frameworks. Collaboration with product and design teams is essential to deliver reliable, high-performance features.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-stack AI engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and React.js.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with API design and RESTful services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered applications using Python and React.js.
• Build and deploy Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral into production applications.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS.
• Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and multi-agent workflows.
• Integrate AI applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven features.
• Monitor AI application performance, optimize latency, and improve model responses.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
