Job summary

Symbiosis Management Consultants is seeking a senior technologist to lead the design and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications in Delhi. You will shape architecture (microservices, APIs), drive modern frameworks (React Native, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js) and oversee end-to-end SDLC, from design to production support.

You will mentor a team of developers, collaborate with business and UX teams, and enforce engineering discipline through code reviews and best practices, while advancing

• 8-10 years in application development.
• Proven experience leading development teams (5–15 members).
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development & Delivery

• Lead design and development of scalable web and mobile applications
• Ensure high-quality code, performance, and security standards
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC (design development testing deployment)
• Manage releases, versioning, and production support

2. Technical Leadership

• Define application architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud-native)
• Make technology choices and enforce best practices
• Drive use of modern frameworks (React Native, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.)
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability

3. Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and tech leads
• Allocate work, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Build capability in full-stack development and emerging technologies
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering discipline

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business teams, product managers, and UX teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure alignment with digital and enterprise architecture roadmap

5. DevOps & Quality

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Ensure automated testing (unit, integration, UI)
• Monitor application performance and resolve production issues

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive adoption of new technologies (AI/ML integrations, GenAI where relevant)
• Optimize development processes (Agile, Scrum)
• Improve developer productivity and delivery speed

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 810 years in application development
• Proven experience leading development teams (5–15 members)
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade web and mobile applications

Technical Skills

• Strong full-stack expertise:
• Frontend: React, Angular, or similar
• Mobile: React Native (preferred) / Flutter / native
• Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js
• API design (REST, GraphQL)
• Database knowledge (SQL + NoSQL)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes – good to have)

Leadership Skills

• Strong team management and mentoring ability
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to balance speed with quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI integration in applications
• Experience in B2B / dealer / sales platforms
