You will lead development, drive technical decisions, ensure code quality, and deliver projects within defined timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is based in Mumbai with 5-day in-office work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers and ensure effective task allocation and delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Work extensively with databases and ensure efficient database design, queries, and performance.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and provide timely solutions.

About The Role

• Strong experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
• Experience with Git/version control systems.
• Proven team-handling/team-leadership experience is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
