Eazy ERP in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a team building scalable web apps using Node.js and React.js. You will oversee architecture, APIs, and performance while delivering projects on schedule.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on Full Stack experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 5-day work week in Mumbai.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Lead Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and databases.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven team-handling and leadership experience. You will be responsible for guiding the development team, driving technical decisions, ensuring code quality, and delivering projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers and ensure effective task allocation and delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Work extensively with databases and ensure efficient database design, queries, and performance.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
