Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead a fast-moving engineering team. You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver market-leading digital platforms using Java, SpringBoot, React.js, and modern front-end tech.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will collaborate with product, design, and dev teams to shape the platform, design microservices, and ensure scalable, cloud-native deployments on AWS and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, JavaScript and React.js.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with NoSQL and RDBMS, Git, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

• Lead a team of 35 engineers in full-cycle development
• Oversee SCRUM process (CSM/CSPO certified preferred)
• Design & build microservices and cloud-native applications
• Collaborate with design, product, and dev teams to shape the future of our platform
• Leverage modern stacks like React, Redux, GraphQL, SpringBoot, AWS, DynamoDB, Redis, and more

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years team leadership experience
• Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, JavaScript, React.js
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, MVC, scalable systems
• Familiarity with NoSQL (DynamoDB/Redis) and RDBMS (MySQL)
• Solid grasp of Git, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and modern CI/CD pipelines
