Job summary

Metriqe Solutions in Chennai is seeking a Full Stack Lead to drive architecture and delivery of scalable applications. You will mentor developers, define technical requirements, and own the end-to-end SDLC, from planning through deployment.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of Full Stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a Lead role, strong TS/JS/React/Node.js skills, and hands-on cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes expertise. This is a Chennai office role with a fixed afternoon shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of Full Stack Development experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead/Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Hiring: Full Stack Lead

Location: Chennai Work From Office

Shift: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM

Experience: 6 To 8 Years

Role: Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations using RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Ensure application performance, security scalability, and code quality.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle from planning and design through deployment and post-release support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with minimal downtime.
• Work with project managers on effort estimation, sprint planning, and timely delivery.

Required Skills
