Capco, a Wipro company, invites experienced Java developers to join our Pune-based, hybrid team. You will work on modern software solutions for banking and financial services, leveraging Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, REST APIs, microservices, and front-end React/TypeScript.

Strong security, testing, and cloud deployment skills are essential. The role covers distributed cloud environments, containerized apps via Docker/Kubernetes (AKS preferred), and mature CI/CD practices.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on software-development experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Deep understanding of Java fundamentals, including collections, streams, concurrency, OO design and modern language features.
• Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience developing production apps using React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Security, including OAuth2/OIDC authentication and authorization patterns.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database integration using JDBC/JPA.
• Experience designing applications for distributed/cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized app development.
• Practical experience deploying/supporting apps on Kubernetes, preferably AKS.
• Strong automated testing with JUnit 5, Mockito, MockMvc.
• Experience with Git-based development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting across UI, API, database, and integration layers.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and OWASP principles.

Required Skills Strong hands-on software-development experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x.

Deep understanding of Java fundamentals, including collections, streams, concurrency, object-oriented design and modern Java language features. Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.

Strong understanding of API contracts, abstraction boundaries, validation and error-handling strategies.

Hands-on experience developing production applications using React and TypeScript.

Strong knowledge of Spring Security, including OAuth2/OIDC authentication and authorization patterns.

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database integration using JDBC/JPA or equivalent technologies.

Experience designing applications for distributed/cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.

Practical experience deploying/supporting applications on Kubernetes, preferably AKS. Strong automated testing experience using JUnit 5, Mockito, MockMvc and integration-testing techniques.

Experience with Git-based development and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong troubleshooting skills across UI, API, database and integration layers.

Understanding of secure coding practices and OWASP application-security principles.

Experience implementing production observability using structured logging, correlation IDs, metrics and health checks.

Ability to make engineering trade-offs, document architectural decisions and mentor less-experienced engineers.

Preferred / Project-Specific Skills Azure / AKS. Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Azure Workload Identity and Key Vault. Databricks, ADLS. Trino / Starburst. Terraform / Infrastructure as Code. Helm. Redis or other distributed caching/session solutions.
