Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE in Hyderabad (Onsite) seeks a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead Flutter and web frontend development (React.js/Angular) and build robust backend APIs with Python/FastAPI and MySQL. You will mentor, review code, and drive architectural decisions, including MVC/MVVM patterns and AI/ML features.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full-stack experience, cloud knowledge (AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, OpenSearch), and strong problem-solving skills.

Role & responsibilities

This is a hands-on full-stack role requiring strong hands-on coding experience across Flutter is Must /React Native, React.js/Angular, Python/FastAPI, MySQL, and GenAI/LLMs, with strong backend/API development and the ability to lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews.

Full-Stack Development: 5+ years of strong hands-on experience across Flutter + Dart Mobile app and web development are Must, Candidates with only mobile or only web experience should not be shortlisted.

• Mobile Application Development: Strong hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart is preferred. Candidates with solid React Native experience can also be considered, provided they have strong overall Full Stack experience.
• Web Application Development: Strong hands-on experience with React.js is required/preferred, or Angular, along with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Backend & API Development: Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, RESTful APIs, integrations, authentication, authorization, and backend services.
• Architecture & Design Patterns: Good understanding and practical implementation of MVC/MVVM architecture and at least 12 Design Patterns in real-world projects. The candidate should be able to make appropriate technical and architectural decisions.
• Database & Performance: Strong hands-on experience with MySQL, including data modeling, complex queries, indexing, transactions, security, and performance optimization.
• AI/ML & Generative AI: Practical experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI features, including LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• MCP, Cloud & Integrations: Hands-on knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and experience integrating AI models/agents with tools, APIs, databases, or external services. AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, and OpenSearch experience is an added advantage.
• Debugging & Production Support: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues across Mobile, Web, Backend, API, and Database layers. Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, logging, monitoring, security, and performance optimization is expected.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: 23+ years of technical leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews, coding standards, architecture decisions, and technical delivery, with strong collaboration across Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
