Job summary

PNJB.Creativeco is seeking a video editor to craft engaging long-form videos and podcasts for YouTube and other platforms. The role emphasizes storytelling, pacing, color, transitions, and cohesive brand storytelling.

You will collaborate with a growing content team to elevate our video content and grow the brand over time. You’ll edit raw footage, handle multi-camera shoots, and apply sound design and visual polish to improve viewer retention.

Qualifications

• Experience editing long-form videos for YouTube and other platforms.
• Experience editing podcasts with multicamera footage and audio sync.
• Experience editing brand shoot footage with color correction and sound.

• Be open to feedback, experiment with editing techniques, and continuously improve content quality.
• Work day-to-day with the team to grow our content brand.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in long-form video editing, podcast editing, and brand shoot editing.

• Good understanding of transitions, pacing, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software.
