Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer.
• Experience leading teams on large, multi-technology projects.
• Strong skills in Vue.js or Angular.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with batch processing and automated test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill requests from product teams by building new components or enhancing existing ones.
• Collaborate with product owners and managers in an agile environment.
• Understand how components fit together to form products aligned with Acxiom strategy.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and manage team priorities.
• Resolve functional or performance deficiencies and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Plan coordinated implementations with stakeholders and monitor external event impacts.
• Mentor junior engineers and review code to maintain quality.

Job description

We are looking for an 8+ experienced full stack Software Engineer to join Acxiom’s data and identity delivery platform group. You will be the technology leader of a newly formed team focused on helping maintain and support business critical systems. You should have a strong background working with large projects and multiple teams that utilize different technologies. Apply your experience to solve new and evolving challenges while working alongside other established engineering teams.

What you will do:

• Fulfill requests from the product team creating new components or enhancing existing components
• Work closely with teammates, product owners and project managers in an agile development environment
• Understand how components fit together to build products and how those products fit into the overall Acxiom strategy
• Provide day to day guidance, manage team priorities, and ensure team’s delivery of committed work
• Work with team to resolve any functional or performance deficiencies
• Remediate identified code and dependency chain vulnerabilities
• Work with stakeholders to create coordinated implementation plans
• Understand how external events impact overall system
• Provide formal and informal mentorship to junior engineers
• Review code submissions and provide helpful, encouraging feedback ensuring ongoing code quality
