Job summary

Acumant is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer in Bengaluru to lead design, architecture, and delivery of cloud-native AI-powered enterprise solutions. You will work with solution architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software.

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of hands-on software development, strong Azure and Python skills, and experience with AI/ML workloads, REST APIs, and modern frontend stacks (Angular/React).

Qualifications

• 7-10 years hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with frontend technologies Angular/React.
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience (App Services, Functions, Storage, CI/CD).
• Proficiency in Python for backend/AI workloads.
• Experience with AI/ML solutions (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
• Strong REST APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture understanding.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and Angular/React.
• Build and deploy cloud-native AI-powered solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and integrate Python-based AI/ML components into enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and code quality.
• Lead design decisions, code reviews, and technical sessions.
• Work with UI/UX, DevOps, and data teams for end-to-end delivery.
