Job summary

Nexgile Technologies in Hyderabad invites fresh graduates for a software engineer role. You will contribute to full-stack web and enterprise applications, building backend services and REST APIs, and integrating databases. A solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and OOP is essential.

Preferred BE/BTech in CS/IT or related fields with 75% or higher across academics. Strong problem solving, quick learning, and good communication are expected.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, Java, .NET, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build and enhance full-stack web and enterprise applications across frontend and backend
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and database-driven applications
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of databases, SQL, REST APIs, and client-server architecture
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Curiosity about AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies
• Ability to use AI development tools while still reviewing and validating generated code
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fast learner with strong adaptability

Preferred candidate profile

An advantage if you've built things beyond the curriculum: personal or full-stack projects, AI/ML, AI agents, hackathon or open-source work, APIs, mobile or cloud-deployed apps, competitive programming, a strong GitHub portfolio, or technical internships.
