Job summary

Quantbot seeks graduates with hands-on Gen AI project portfolios to contribute to building NLP solutions and AI tooling. Candidates should demonstrate strong Python skills, knowledge of NLP concepts, and familiarity with vector databases and AI frameworks.

Ideal graduates have completed a GitHub portfolio, participated in AI hackathons or Kaggle competitions, and hold a B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech or MCA in CS/DS/AI. The program targets 2023–2026 batches from India.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills with NumPy and Pandas.
• Solid understanding of NLP basics including tokenization, embeddings, and Transformer concepts.
• Experience with AI frameworks and orchestration tools is a plus.

Programming

• Strong proficiency in Python (including standard libraries like NumPy and Pandas)

Theoretical Foundations

• Solid understanding of core NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts, tokenization, embeddings, and basic Transformer architecture

Familiarity with AI Frameworks

• Academic or project exposure to orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex

Databases

• Basic understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS) and standard SQL

Version Control

• Comfortable using Git and GitHub for team collaboration

Other Requirements

• A GitHub repository showcasing at least one functioning Gen AI project (e.g., a personalized chatbot, a document search tool, an automated summary generator, or a fine-tuned small language model)
• Participation in AI hackathons, Kaggle competitions, or contributions to open-source AI projects
• Education & Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech or MCA in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline
