Genzeon Corporation in Pune, India is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Software Engineer who can build, ship, and operate production systems end-to-end across the stack: React frontend, Python backend, PostgreSQL data layer, with focus on reliability and continuous delivery.

You will design, implement, and maintain SPAs with React, develop Python services and APIs, write efficient SQL, and collaborate with SRE/DevOps and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong Python experience with frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django REST).
• Must-have: advanced SQL/PostgreSQL querying, indexing, transactions, migrations.
• Must-have: UNIX shell scripting for automation.
• Must-have: Azure DevOps pipelines, boards, artifacts; Git workflows; release management.
• Must-have: CI/CD pipelines setup with quality gates and automated tests.
• Must-have: SRE fundamentals: instrumentation, alerting, on-call, incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ReactJS SPAs (state management, routing, performance).

• Automate workflows with UNIX shell scripting (build, deploy, data/backups, environment automation).

About the Role We’re looking fora hands-on Full-Stack Software Engineer who can build, ship, and operateproduction systems end-to-end. What You’ll Do

Core Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

• Python: strong hands-on experience with oneor more frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django REST).
• SQL/PostgreSQL: advancedquerying, indexes, transactions, stored procedures/functions, migrations.
• Shell scripting (UNIX):practical automation, tooling, and safe scripting practices.
• Azure DevOps (ADO): pipelines,boards, artifacts; Git workflows; branch strategies; release management.
• Set up and improve CI/CDpipelines (Azure DevOps/ADO preferred) with quality gates and automated tests.
• SRE fundamentals:instrumentation, alerting, on-call etiquette, incident handling, post [1] mortems,basic capacity planning.
• Software engineering practices:TDD/automated testing (PyTest/Jest), code reviews, documentation, securecoding.

Nice to Have (Added Advantage)

• TypeScript on the front end; componentlibraries (MUI/Ant/Tailwind).
• API design (OpenAPI/Swagger),AuthN/Z (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), rate limiting, and API gateways.
• Caching & Messaging: Redis;basic knowledge of queues/streams (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and webhooks.
• Observability stack: Prometheus/Grafana,OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK, Sentry.
• Security & Compliance:secrets management, dependency scanning, least-privilege, threat-model basics.
• Data & Integration: ETL basics, fileparsers, batch jobs, cron/schedulers.
• AI/ML familiarity (not mandatory): callingmodel endpoints, embeddings, vector stores, OCR pipelines.
• Kubernetes (nice to have): workloads,services, config, and deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of full-stackengineering experience (or equivalent impact).
