Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in Bengaluru to drive architecture, design and development of core compensation platforms. You will build components across the stack, with .NET Core and Angular, and collaborate with analysts to translate business requirements into robust solutions.

You will contribute to scalable, maintainable systems, work across Windows and Linux environments, and mentor peers while delivering end-user tools that streamline critical business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming with C# and .NET Core.
• 3+ years of UI development with Angular, React, or similar.
• 5+ years of relational database development, incl. SQL & stored procedures.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful services.
• Experience across Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience creating storyboards, user flows, and wireframes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ownership of delivery.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the architecture, design, and development of the compensation platform

What You Bring

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong programming experience with solid understanding of object-oriented programming, C#, and .NET Core
• 3+ years of UI development experience using Angular, React, or a comparable JavaScript framework
• 5+ years of relational database development experience, including writing complex SQL and stored procedures
• Experience building and consuming RESTful services
• Development experience across both Windows and Linux environments
• Experience creating storyboards, user flows, and wireframes to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and take ownership of delivery
