Job summary

Millennium is seeking a seasoned software professional to contribute to a compensation platform within our Core Technology Development team. You will design and implement across UI, services, and data layers using .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience with object-oriented programming, C#, and .NET Core.
• 3+ years of UI development experience using Angular, React, or a comparable JavaScript framework.
• 5+ years of relational database development experience, including writing complex SQL and stored procedures.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful services.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and take ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the architecture, design, and development of the compensation platform.
• Partner closely with business analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Build application components across the stack, including UI/UX, business services, and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to a modern engineering environment built on .NET Core and Angular, with integration across shared platform components.
• Collaborate with developers across the firm to deliver end-user tools that support key business processes.
• Help shape scalable, maintainable solutions through thoughtful design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
