Full Stack Software Engineer - Data Entitlements Platform

Job summary

Millennium is seeking an experienced software professional to architect and develop the firm’s in-house data entitlements platform in Bengaluru.

You will build full-stack components including Angular UIs, REST APIs, microservices, and real-time data streaming, while implementing authentication/authorization with JWT and OAuth2. A strong focus on identity management and cloud-native delivery with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes will be essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills with C# and .NET Core.
• 3+ years UI development experience with Angular.
• 5+ years of relational database development including complex SQL and stored procedures.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs within microservices-based architectures.
• Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks: JWT, OAuth2.
• Experience with identity management systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, PingFederate (SSO).
• Experience with Kafka or similar real-time streaming platforms, plus Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and cross-platform (Windows/Linux).

Responsibilities

• Participate in architecture, design, and development of the firm’s in-house data entitlements platform.
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build full-stack components including Angular UIs, microservices, REST APIs, and real-time streaming.
• Develop and maintain authentication/authorization services using JWT, OAuth2, and claims-based entitlements.
• Implement and support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, and PingFederate for identity management.
• Design and develop Kafka-based streaming pipelines for real-time entitlement updates.
• Contribute to cloud-native environment using .NET Core, AWS, and containerized services.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions for critical workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the architecture, design, and development of the firm’s in-house data entitlements platform

• Build full-stack application components, including Angular-based user interfaces, microservices, REST APIs, and real-time data streaming solutions


• Develop and maintain authentication and authorization services using JWT, OAuth2, and claims-based entitlements


• Implement and support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, and PingFederate for identity and access management


• Design and develop Kafka-based streaming pipelines to support real-time entitlement updates across the platform


• Contribute to a modern cloud-native engineering environment using .NET Core, AWS, and containerized services


• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support critical business workflows

What You Bring
