Job summary

Prodapt Solutions in Pune is hiring a senior software engineer to design and build core Product Catalog and CPQ capabilities across backend microservices and React front-ends. You will mentor junior developers and own module designs while accelerating delivery with GenAI-assisted tools.

Role emphasizes pricing logic, configuration rules, and integration with BSS/OSS systems, using cloud-native deployment and CI/CD practices in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Java (8+), Spring Boot, microservices and REST APIs.
• ReactJS (hooks, state management), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
• SQL and at least one NoSQL database, plus messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Git, CI/CD, Docker and Agile practices.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java microservices and REST APIs, and build ReactJS user interfaces for catalog management and quoting.
• Own technical design for modules, write clean, testable code and lead code reviews.
• Implement complex business logic such as pricing, configuration rules and eligibility.
• Integrate with other BSS/OSS systems and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Build unit, integration and automated tests, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Use GenAI coding assistants to speed up development, testing, refactoring and documentation, while keeping quality and security standards.
