Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Java and React.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate into development practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and React.
• Strong proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and front‑end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
