About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead (Java + Angular) to drive the development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, design robust full-stack architectures, and ensure high-quality delivery of digital solutions. Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Architect scalable microservices-based systems and modern web applications.
• Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee application performance, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.
• Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, and delivery management.
• Ensure seamless integration with REST APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong full-stack expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex enterprise projects.
