About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for a talented Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and work on modern, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend development using Java and front-end technologies, helping deliver end-to-end digital solutions.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and delivery cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience with front‑end technologies such as Angular, React, or JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration with backend systems.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
