Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer-Python (UI / Python / AWS) with 8+ years of experience to design and operate a modern cloud-native platform powering external-facing, workflow-driven web apps.

You will build secure user interfaces, develop Python back-end services, and run them on AWS, delivering scalable, reliable and secure solutions across the stack.

Qualifications

• Experience building secure SPAs using ReactJS/Angular and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on with OAuth2/OIDC authentication and JWT handling.
• Strong Python experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on AWS experience across S3, Aurora (PostgreSQL), Glue, Lambda, and CloudFront.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive SPAs with modern front-end frameworks (ReactJS/Angular).
• Implement secure browser-based authentication and RBAC across UI and APIs; manage JWTs.
• Develop and maintain Python back-end services and REST APIs.
• Build and operate AWS cloud infrastructure (S3, Aurora, Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, caching).
• Design data pipelines and orchestration using Step Functions and Glue for ETL and workflows.
• Deploy containerized services on EKS with Istio service mesh and JWT validation.

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer-Python (UI / Python / AWS) with 8+ years of experience to help build and operate a modern, cloud-native platform that powers external-facing, workflow-driven web applications.

You will work across the stack building secure user interfaces, developing Python back-end services, and running it all on AWS platform.

Requirements

• Strong front-end/UI development experience using ReactJS/Angular, HTML5, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience implementing authentication/authorization (OAuth2 / OIDC) and working knowledge of JWT tokens.
• Solid Python experience building REST APIs and back-end services.
• Hands-on AWS experience across S3, Aurora, AWS Glue, Lambda, and CloudFront.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling (Aurora / PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).

Nice To Have

• Working knowledge of AI/LLM technologies (Prompt engineering, RAG, or integrating AI/ML services into applications).
• Experience with Kubernetes, API gateways, or service mesh technologies.
• Background in multi-tenant or SaaS platforms.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, accessible single-page applications (SPAs) with modern front-end frameworks using ReactJS/Angular including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on expertise implementing secure browser-based authentication with MSAL and Entra ID/Azure AD (OAuth2/OIDC) and enforcing role-based access control across the UI and APIs, managing JWT access tokens.
• Build and tune content delivery with Amazon CloudFront, including SPA/static asset delivery, caching behaviors, deep-link handling, and edge functions.
• Develop and maintain Python back-end services and REST APIs that are secure, performant, and well-tested.
• Build and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, with hands-on use of S3, Aurora (PostgreSQL), Step Functions, AWS Glue, Lambda, and Caching services.
• Design data pipelines and orchestration using Step Functions and Glue for ETL, data processing, and workflow automation.
• Design and model relational data on Aurora, with attention to performance, integrity, and security.
• Deploy and support containerized services on EKS, working with the gateway and Istio service mesh (JWT validation, mTLS).
• Containerize and deploy services and support CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable releases.
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code to provision and manage environments.
• Implement observability - logging, metrics, and tracing to monitor health and troubleshoot issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code following secure coding and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, security, and fellow engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and delivery planning.
