Job summary

Vonage is shaping cloud communications with its AI Studio platform and a strong full-stack team. This role focuses on building infrastructure, AI services (NLU API, ASR), and a modern UI in a microservices cloud setup.

Bring 3–5 years of frontend experience and 3+ years on NodeJS or Python backends, plus TypeScript, Angular, and cloud exposure. Hybrid work model with strong learning opportunities and global impact.

Vonage AI Studio is a low-code / no-code process orchestration and virtual assistant conversation designer tool that empowers developers and non-developers alike to create and deploy customer engagement experiences that operate in natural language on any channel (Telephony, SMS, Whatsapp, HTTP and more).

We are strengthening a team that has a full ownership of our key platforms. This product allows to set up solutions for contact center communication.

We highly value full-stack capability and we work using C# on backend and JavaScript/Typescript on frontend.

Your key responsibilities:

• Build the infrastructure and business logic for Vonage’s AI platforms. AI Studio is a conversational AI platform that automates conversations and engages our customers' clients.
• Develop software solutions that serve millions of users and businesses by providing AI solutions such as NLU API and ASR. Building reusable and robust services and libraries for future use. Translating features and specifications into high-quality code and optimizing components for maximum performance.
• Develop on both the front-end and the back-end of our platform, in a rich microservices environment on the cloud, and an advanced UI.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS or Python server frameworks
