Job summary

NMS Consultant is hiring an AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer for the Andheri location in Mumbai, India. The role involves building websites, dashboards, AI tools, and full-stack applications with emphasis on AI-assisted coding tools. 2-3 years of experience is expected.

You will work on cross-cutting product tasks, from frontend to backend and deployment, while continuously adopting new AI workflows to ship high-quality software quickly.

We are hiring an AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer for the Andheri Location

Overview

Fast-moving, AI-native Full-Stack Engineer 2-3 years of experience who can build products from 0 to 1. The person will be responsible for building whatever product or internal tool the business needs: websites, dashboards, AI tools, backend systems, automation tools, landing pages, prototypes, and full-stack applications.

The ideal candidate is someone who uses AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and other developer tools to move faster, write better code, debug quickly, and ship real products with minimal hand-holding.

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Build full-stack applications from scratch, including frontend, backend, database, authentication, APIs, and deployment.
• Develop websites, internal tools, dashboards, admin panels, AI-powered products, and backend systems as required.
• Use AI coding tools efficiently to speed up development, debugging, documentation, and testing.
• Convert rough business ideas into working MVPs quickly, Design clean and practical system architecture for early-stage products.
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end: planning, architecture, coding, deployment, iteration, and maintenance.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and developer workflows to improve speed and output quality.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of full-stack development.
• Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, Fastify, or similar backend frameworks.
• Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, or MongoDB.
• Ability to build and integrate REST APIs.
• Comfortable using Git, GitHub, deployment platforms, and basic cloud tools.
• Strong practical understanding of system design for early-stage products.
• Proficiency with AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Ability to learn new frameworks and tools quickly.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently without needing detailed instructions for every task.

Good to Have

• Experience building AI tools, AI agents, automation workflows, or LLM-based applications.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI APIs.
• Experience deploying applications on Vercel, Render, Railway, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms.
• Experience with authentication, payments, admin dashboards, analytics, and internal business tools.
• Basic UI/UX sense and ability to build clean, usable interfaces without needing constant design support.
• Prior startup, freelance, hackathon, or personal project experience.
