Huptech HR Solutions in Ahmedabad (onsite) is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience to design, build, and ship AI-native applications, combining backend systems and frontend interfaces.

You will create dashboards and internal tools powered by AI insights, integrate LLM APIs, develop RESTful services in Python, and prototype rapidly to deliver scalable AI-driven products.

Qualifications

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience to design, build, and ship AI-native applications. This role requires strong full-stack capabilities, combining backend systems, frontend development, and rapid prototyping to deliver custom dashboards, micro apps, and scalable AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-native applications end-to-end (backend + frontend)
• Build custom dashboards and internal tools powered by AI insights
• Develop micro apps / lightweight tools to solve specific business problems
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face) into real-world applications
• Create REST APIs and scalable backend services in Python
• Build responsive and functional frontends (React/Next.js or similar)
• Rapidly prototype ideas using a “vibe coding” approach (fast iteration, quick validation)
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and context-aware AI systems
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of AI-driven applications
• Collaborate closely with product/business teams to turn ideas into working solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software/AI engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python (backend)
